All orders will require 24 hours minimum before delivery. We treat all our latex balloons with Hi-Float to extend flying time. It is very important to allow them to dry before we deliver them to you! Failing to do so, might result in poorly dried balloons & they will fall to the ground much sooner! Please understand & allow us to deliver best balloons & experience possible!

Please note, if you need a balloon set within 24 hours or sooner, please contact us before to confirm that we will be able to do it, before placing an order. That way we can eliminate the need to process refunds if we can not meet your deadline.

3. Pay & place your order.
4. After order is placed & paid, you will receive a confirmation email. We also check all products to make sure they are all available & if we have something out of stock or have a different option (for example color for a number balloon) will call or email you to confirm if some changes are needed
5.We deliver your order to specified address & time.

All orders under $199 get $20 Flat Rate Delivery Charge within Toronto area!
For orders over $199 in the Toronto area (Etobicoke, North York, York, East York, Scarborough) we offer Free Delivery.

For others areas delivery fee calculates separately and depends on your location. Please contact us to get the quote.

We also offer free pick up from our home studio. Please contact us to confirm the pick up location.

Balloons will float from few days to a month. There is no specific time frame for that. Flying time mostly depend on environment where they are placed & how they are handled. Keep in mind that any type of balloon is very delicate and it can be easily damaged.

Other competitors may guarantee that their balloons will fly for minimum of 5+ days. Why we do not do the same? Because on our practice, it shows that there are to many factors that can affect balloons after we hand them to our customers & that we can not control.

--- ABOUT OUR LATEX BALLOONS ---

We use best & expensive available product on the market to treat or balloons - Hi-Float.
We treat ALL our balloons with Hi-Float free of charge.

During summer time, treated balloons will fly for 2-5 days (Inside)
(Summer is the worst time for helium balloons)
During winter time, treated balloons will fly for 3-20 days (Inside)
(In winter, balloons fly longer because of low humidity)

--- ABOUT OUR FOIL BALLOONS ---

Foil balloons do NOT get Hi-Float treatment because foil/mylar material which balloon is made of does not have pores like latex balloons. Foil balloons will stay up in the air from 3-30 days, depending on size, shape, temperature & humidity.

We do not have a retail store since we are 100% online business.
But you can always pick up from our Home Studio in Edmonton.

How does work?

1. Place & confirm your order with PICK UP option for shipping during checkout.
2. Message us on our social media or email to discuss pick up date / time.
3. Make sure you have ENOUGH room in your vehicle, since most of our sets are pretty big. Most of our sets would not fit into a sedan. SUV or minivan with folded rear seats are best options for transporting.
4. We will provide the address for pick up for the set time.
